You only pay per meeting. No setup fees. No fixed retainer.
“The partnership had a direct measurable impact on our revenue. Jamie has been one of the most proactive people I've worked with.”
We've been working with Jamie for the marketing, growth and revenue-focused business intelligence of our trading tools for 1.5 years now, and I can honestly say we are absolutely satisfied. What stood out immediately was that he didn't just execute, he brought ideas we hadn't even considered. He proactively built KPI dashboards that let us make smarter decisions a lot faster, without us ever asking for it, and his detailed analyses and recommendations have been a driving factor in how we structure our product today. He is reliable, meets deadlines, and works autonomously. You give him a direction and he runs with it without needing to be micromanaged every step of the way. If you're looking for someone who actually thinks about your business and not just the brief, Jamie is that person.
Many people have spread the narrative that cold email is dead. But the truth is cold email is nothing but a cold traffic channel.
Cold email is no different to Facebook ads, cold DMs, or even cold calling. You are simply reaching people that are strangers and trying to convert them into customers.
In simple terms that means two things. These are people that:
Your ability to portray trustworthiness and warm these leads is what dictates whether cold email works or does not.
In the last two years the barrier to entry in cold email has lowered dramatically. Leads are becoming cheaper, sending infrastructure is becoming easier to set up. And the result is that the popular lead databases like Apollo are getting hammered with 10 to 15 cold emails everyday pitching something.
I'm sure you get emails like this every few days at least:
Hey NAME,
We can book you 30 to 50 meetings a month through insert fancy new service. Have 15 minutes to chat this week?
These types of emails are so oversaturated and this way of cold emailing is in fact dead. Because if I receive an email like that I do not know, like or trust you. And as a result I'm not going to respond.
The idea is simple.
You send an email with a short video attached that shows you talking into the camera while the lead's website is being shown.
It's custom (the video is showing their actual website so it cannot be a generic video from their POV), it's personal, and builds trust effectively. You immediately have a face, a voice, and are a real person. With the right tone you can also sound genuine enough to build trust and not sound salesy.
People use this strategy often by manually recording each video on Loom which works but fails at scale as it takes way too much time.
First all the sending infrastructure is set up. Here we set up the domains and inboxes that will actually send the cold emails.
These domains and inboxes are then warmed up (they are interacted with for two weeks so they are not brand new). Once live they are constantly monitored, rotated, or replaced when sending performance drops.

The biggest issue many people have with cold email is not their emails, it's the offer they are selling. You need to remember that these are completely cold prospects, so the offer needs to reflect their position in the market and their likely risk tolerance.
Your emails can be perfect but if no one wants to buy the offer in its current state, then the emails will not book meetings. Cold traffic offers are broken down into three characteristics:
The result of what you're offering needs to be clear.
“We will manage your accounting.”
“We will help you save at least $30,000 in tax.”
Creates a picture of how long the result takes.
Arguably the most important part. By deferring risk from the lead to yourself you make the offer better and portray confidence.
“We will help you save at least $30,000 in tax in the next 90 days or you get a full refund.”
Common risk-reversals:
We research your ideal customer, your fulfilment infrastructure, pricing structure and average client results, then engineer the combination of result, timeline and risk-reversal that is a no-brainer for your market and still realistic to deliver.
The lead process is all about finding the right people to contact. Depending on how your ideal client looks, this data comes from different sources: Google Maps for local service businesses, or dedicated B2B databases for enterprise finance firms.
We then scrape anywhere from 30,000 to 400,000 leads a month depending on your scale.

Raw leads are enriched to validate the emails, confirm they truly match your ideal-client avatar, and to pull personalisation data we can weave into the emails. For example, the name of a recent case study we can reference to make the email unique.
We take a raw clip of you talking to camera and join it with a custom backdrop for each lead, a visual of their own website. Instantly recognisable, instantly personal.
The video content is scripted and edited for you. All you do is sit down and talk to camera for 60 seconds. All the rendering and hosting runs on our own server infrastructure.
Each video is delivered on a custom landing page personalised further: a headline calling out the lead's name or business, the custom video, a call to action, and social proof.
If you're targeting multiple business types (say accountants and manufacturing firms) each has its own page and video variant so it hits the industry nuance.
James, we can help you generate 30 leads per month for your HVAC business.
Using the custom videos and personalisation data, we write a cold email that's simple yet unique enough to make a lead stop and read. We then do the same for two follow-up emails.
Hey Alex, we could help you get in touch with businesses needing accounting services, like Larchmont Accounting Group.
Recorded a quick video to show you how.

Getting a lead to click your email is just the start. Once they watch the video they may be interested, and capturing that interest is vital. So we build a proper backend:
The funnel is styled off your existing brand so it matches your website when leads click through.
All the email replies are handled by us directly. We send assets, reply to questions, and nurture interested prospects until they eventually book a call. You do nothing except take the booked meetings on your calendar.
You get a login to your own custom dashboard connected to all our internal data:
Hand over the info on your business, customers, and offer.
One time, on a laptop webcam. No set, no scripting required from you.
We handle every reply and send qualified prospects straight to your calendar.
Volume depends entirely on your market type and TAM (total addressable market).
Smaller TAM → lower-volume, high-quality, high-intent lists that may be 10 to 30,000 emails a month. Larger TAM → much higher volume.
Usually in your first month of full sending capacity you'll send anywhere from 10 to 50,000 emails, then scale from there with the campaigns that are performing.
Almost none. In setup you'll have 2 to 3 onboarding calls with Jamie to outline expectations and hand over information about your business and customers.
After that, the total filming time for all the videos you need is 15 to 30 minutes, one time. They can be filmed on a laptop webcam, no set required.
Once live, all you need to do is take the calls that get booked onto your calendar.
About 14 days. Domains and inboxes are purchased right after onboarding and warmed up for two weeks. In that same window we complete the video and funnel setup.
After 2 weeks we start sending in a ramp-up structure. Full sending capacity is reached around 5 to 6 weeks post-onboarding when we're fully utilising all the sending infrastructure.
This will work for any industry if you:
The custom video pages are the main leverage point in this system. They let you build trust with cold leads effectively and quickly.
Without them your emails would look exactly the same as the millions of generic emails going out daily, and those are what have made most people believe cold email is dead.
Cold email is just another cold traffic channel. Adding it to your lead flow doesn't cannibalise other channels. In fact, having multiple lead channels almost always compounds.
Presence on more channels makes your business more visible and trustworthy, which actually aids the performance of your cold email campaigns (more retargeting overlap, more brand recognition when a lead Googles you after the video).
